Student competitors from each faculty on campus will compete for up to $1,000 and the chance to represent the University of Waterloo in the Ontario Provincial 3MT Finals.

Waterloo's Centre for Theoretical Neuroscience invites everyone to an open house, the culmination of a two-week workshop that teaches researchers how to build sophisticated brain models. These international experts will demonstrate large-scale brain models running on laptops, robots, and specialized brain-like computers while simulating neural functions.
The next Waterloo-local Association for Computing Machinery style programming contest will be held on Saturday, June 24 in MC 3003. All members of the Waterloo community are invited to try their programming skill in Scheme, C, C++, Java, Pascal, Python, or Scala.
