Note: I am giving the talk to get feedback. There were some people whose feedback I wanted who could not attend on Friday 13 July at the scheduled time of 3:00 p.m. So I have scheduled a rerun, and am opening it to the public. Note that this rerun is time constrained to end in one hour so it will not be as good as the original in which we have time to explore questions that come up. So if you have a choice, I recommend that you attend the first run :-). Also the room is smaller for the rerun.
