This talk introduces AI agents using AutoGen, an open-source programming framework from Microsoft, and covers key learnings from building agents in practice. I would like to also discuss how data management is important for AI agents.

Bio: Eric Zhu is a principal architect at Microsoft’s Foundry Agent Platform. He is a creator of AutoGen. Prior to AI agents, he worked on data integration, data discovery, time series and query optimization.
