Welcome to my blog...It's more of an occasional-random-quirky-thought blog or a check-out-this-cool-link blog
than one of those this-is-what-i-had-for-breakfast-today-and-these-are-my-feelings-about-life blogs and
it's definitely not one of those awful i'm-useful-and-have-important-things-to-say-and-i'm-contributing-to-society blogs. Enjoy.

So I'm looking around to get some songs for an upcoming Oktoberfest party... and I came across this album... Very very angry man music. Check out the song names... track 6 I found especially amusing. Interesting site, btw... If you register (you can even use a phony e-mail address) you can listen to the songs for free (but at crappy mp3 quality).

I just couldn't help laughing out loud when I saw The Official God FAQ.

2 signs that the world is becoming a better place to live in:

MSNBC article on poker bots. Have I ever thought about making one? Of course. Am I way too lazy? absolutely. I always thought it would be best to have a "fold-bot"... that would recognize pre-flop when to fold, and then switch to human intervention when neccesary.

So this got sent to me a while ago, and just again recently... Funny advertisement for windows 1.0.
I was trying to explain how 'old school' I am... and this was one way that I came up with: Because (at the time) I was a 'power' user, Microsoft sent me a free advanced copy of Visual Basic for DOS.

So there is this amusing PowerPoint Breakup going around the 'net... but what I'm dying to know is... Does the target woman go to the same Western that I went to?

Sorry for no updates... couldn't access the website because there was a new gateway set up and I was too lazy to get around it.
Sigh. I've been crazy-busy with back-to-school... both the parties and the work. I can really tell it's back to school because my home internet is about 3x slower. MORE POSTS IN THE ARCHIVES... |
