Welcome to my blog...It's more of an occasional-random-quirky-thought blog or a check-out-this-cool-link blog
than one of those this-is-what-i-had-for-breakfast-today-and-these-are-my-feelings-about-life blogs and
it's definitely not one of those awful i'm-useful-and-have-important-things-to-say-and-i'm-contributing-to-society blogs. Enjoy.

Okay... the website has been down for a few days (-sigh- again) but I decided to post anyway. Actually, I've been really really busy lately, and any free websurfing time has been absorbed by friendster. Speaking of which, check it out. It's a lot of fun. My Evil twin has been doing well. He's trying to meet other evil twins. He wrote a testimonial for Evil Margo, and she posted it on her blog -- which is a much more active blog than this one. Man, Evil Dave has only existed for a few days and already he has women on the other side of the continent wanting to bone him.

Ok, so I heard about this guy -- John Titor, the Time Traveler but I never spent much time investigating this quack. I just quickly browsed this link... and what surprised me the most, is that we don't have to bother with the Vancouver Olympics any more, because apparently, 2004 will be the last one!
Very cool optical illusion (it's not moving)

Cool -- take a free course at MIT OpenCourseWare
I'm generally against movie re-makes (especially those with Mark Whalberg in them, but I digress...) so I got sent the link to the online petition against the new Dawn of the Dead... but I thought they already did a remake of the movie... it turns out I'm thinking of Night of the Living Dead (same director)... but ironically enough... that movie was remade, and a lot of people think the remake was better. What was my point? Oh, yeah... Zombie movies are on the comeback!
Uber-DSP-Geek cool: Check out the new Embedded-C standards at JTC1/SC22/WG14.

Sorry to see you go, Charles Bronson... I only have two of your movies... (both John Sturges movies) The Great Escape and the Magnificent Seven
hopefully the website will be stable again. Sorry about the "up & down"-ness. Back-2-School is always busy, but I'll be posting some stuff.
