5. Timing for RT 4.4 upgrade
Production: Definitely before May. Likely before April 1. Possibly earlier.
Creating accounts for us on rt44-dev.uwaterloo.ca - no emails sent (using ! accounts) - (rt44-test will have tickets)
note: permission to see outgoing email can be set. (clutter for some users).
Jeff and Lisa have an outstanding item of trying to merge in duplicate email addresses so clients can see all of their tickets. Is this higher or lower priority than updating to 4.4? Both CSCF and MFCF say we'd rather have 4.4; and we can manually update tickets if we have client complaints about not seeing their tickets.
