Below is an extract from [[https://sharepoint.uwaterloo.ca/sites/rt4/RT44Planning/RT4-MFCF-CSCFmeetings/RT4-4andCFMFCFmeetings.docx][Lisa's notes]]. ---++ Agenda %TOC% ---+++ 1. Review of training * skipped. ---+++ 2. Timeline for moves * CSCF: May 1. MFCF: no necessary May 1. Won't move before 4.4 is available. ---+++ 3. Training and solutions to identified requirements * skipped. ---+++ 4. Who will do what? * Reviewing STToRTInvestigationFactorsAssessment - nearly all action-items in [[https://sharepoint.uwaterloo.ca/sites/rt4/RT44Planning/RT4-MFCF-CSCFmeetings/RT4-4andCFMFCFmeetings.docx][Lisa's notes]] are listed as: Jeff to provide Daniel with information; Daniel to code (or delegate). * Lisa notes we have availability of (limited) support hours from Best Practical. If we are stalled on something for lack of info, email questions to Lisa/Jeff; they can forward to BP; either to be answered quickly; or giving us an estimate of how much time it will take. ---+++ 5. Timing for RT 4.4 upgrade * Production: Definitely before May. Likely before April 1. Possibly earlier. * Creating accounts for us on rt44-dev.uwaterloo.ca - no emails sent (using ! accounts) - (rt44-test will have tickets) * note: permission to see outgoing email can be set. (clutter for some users). * Jeff and Lisa have an outstanding item of trying to merge in duplicate email addresses so clients can see all of their tickets. Is this higher or lower priority than updating to 4.4? Both CSCF and MFCF say we'd rather have 4.4; and we can manually update tickets if we have client complaints about not seeing their tickets. -- Main.DanielAllen - 2017-01-24
