How to view subscriptions

  • The default view should show all subscriptions (Desktop and Dedicated)
  • This link will show all

How to update subscriptions

  • Click on the subscription to go into view mode
  • In the bottom left of the page there is a button "Edit this subscription"
  • You Are then brought to the edit page
  • DO NOT CHANGE TABS WHILE EDITING, you will lose your updates.
  • When you are finished editing click the button "Submit all changes"
  • If no one else has edited the same field(s) as you, then it will show you the new information and a link to either go back to the edit page, or to the view page.
  • If someone has edited the same fields as you then you will see the information, but underneath you will see "ERROR! Someone else has edited the field name field before you submitted" the it shows you the value of the field in the database. If you still wish to edit the subscription, click the "Back to edit mode" link and make your changes.

How to authorize users

Using the Gui

  • login as above
  • Click on the AdminCP tab
  • modify the list of Administrators
  • Save the changes

Manually

  • edit the file .options in Subscriptions system home directory
  • add the userid to the Administrators line
