HR Submissions

This will be a page related to HR Submissions, How and When your supervisor wants them submitted, what they pay periods are and the cutoff for submissions.

Format

Casual Pay Submission:

• Name: (Insert Name, First,Last)
• Pay Period
• Date Worked: Hours
  • I.e February 30, 7 hours

• Total Hours: (total hours worked)
• Rate of pay: (your hourly rate, as discussed)
• Gross Pay Total: (Total hours * (rate of pay))
  • This is before taxes and deductions

• This will be submitted as an e-mail to your supervisor

Due Date

The due date for these submissions will be One (1) day before the cutoff day.

• If the cutoff is Friday, your e-mail is due Thursday
