Location

The BIF servers are all in a rack in the CGL machine room

console access

  • There is a KVM at the bottom of the rack. Push the button for the machine you want and then plug the USB keyboard into the machine you want to use. The KVM is a PS/2 keyboard/mouse, but many of the machines are USB-only

Login access

  • For many of the machines there is a "cscf-adm" user. For others you will need to use "bifadmin"
  • passwords are available in the usual location
