Warranty Repairs
This page will be a guide to getting warranty repairs done on campus. This is a new responsibility and my supervisor and I are currently working out the details involved with it.Where to Begin
To begin with a Warranty Repair, email Dale Kentner, Campus Tech Shop, bottom floor of SLC, dkentner@uwaterloo.ca. Email him the make, model, serial number etc of the machine, the status of it, or what is believed to be wrong with it.
