Looked at queues, forms, can have required fields
Can have a separate email address for a separate queue
Looked at "scrips"
Discussed access to old system, reference from current system (eg: custom field that refers to ST#123456)
Feedback templates customizable by queue.
There is potential for adding workflow processes: RT can be trained to add a batch of related items at once, but they haven't investigated this feature yet.
