This is probably not strictly necessary as any sufficiciently similar printer driver will likely work. When I first set up this printer, I used Ricoh -> Ricoh Aficio 1050 PCL
Once I ran the installation utility, it wanted me to extract the contents to a folder (I used \InstallFiles\Ricoh)
Install printer
Start -> Printers -> "Add a Printer"
"Welcome" -> Next
Select "Local printer attached to this computer" (even though it isn't!)
Uncheck "Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer"
-> Next
Select "Create a new port" -> Select "Standard TCP/IP port" -> Next
"Welcome to Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard" -> Next
printer name or IP address: 10.15.32.11
it will fill in the port name as "IP_10.15.32.11" -> that's fine -> Next
"Completing ... Wizard" -> Finish
Select the printer model -> Have Disk
Browse -> \InstallFiles\Ricoh\r00288en[1]\disk1\oemsetup.inf -> Open -> Ok
Select "Ricoh Aficio 1022 PCL 6" -> Next
Name the printer what you like
When configuring TCP/IP you will be presented with the dialog (see below) you can choose to connect via lpr which should result in port 515 or raw which, as you can see, connects one to port 9100, Ricoh calls this diprint.
