This web app can be used to reset passwords for CS-GENERAL (not STUDENT). Keep in mind that you need to use a browser that is not logged into CAS, using a different browser is the best way. Follow these steps in order to reset a password:

1. Go to the app (https://cs.uwaterloo.ca/cscf/internal/password/)
2. Ask the person who wants their password reset to enter their WatIAm username and password
3. Click Change password
4. In the authorized user section enter your WatIAm Username and CS-GENERAL password (cscfhelp)
5. Ask them to enter a new password that follows the guidelines and then retype it in the other field
6. Click save
