Final Submission

Once the users have completed the graduate studies application they have the ability to submit the application to the computer science graduate studies office.

This page first checks to make sure that the application is complete by making various queries in the database (more information to come on the specific queries).

Once the user clicks the submit button a finalSubmission date field is set in the database. This field acts as a flag to the graduate studies office to notify them that the application is ready for processing. After this field is set, the user is no longer able to edit the application.
