CSCF Teaching -- Setup for a New Term

In preparation for an upcoming term, there are various activities that mostly happen between terms:

• email instructors and ISCs about needed resources and PoC assignment.
• change the combinations to labs with such.
• lock the doors between the Fall and Winter terms.
• setup Markus and Marmoset for the coming term.
  Both have per-course setup.
• correct the dropdown menu on the teaching schedule two months into the term.
• prepare the realtime lab if the course is offered in the coming term.
• arrange for computing resources (accounts) as will be needed.
• setup the CS100 MediaWiki, although this usually happens about a month into the term.
• setup a new tree of teaching lab reports.
• lab cleaning.
  We sometimes find a student to clean keyboards and screens.

An example of this can be found in ST #93910. When creating ST records for the next term, it's likely easiest to use a "See Also" create from the items for the previous term, and then set the dependencies in the top item (rather than creating all the dependencies using the "Dependencies" create button), as that will maximize useful defaults.
