Select "Local printer attached to this computer" (even though it isn't!)
Uncheck "Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer"
-> Next
Select "Create a new port" -> Select "Standard TCP/IP port" -> Next
"Welcome to Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard" -> Next
printer name or IP address:
it will fill in the port name with the name or IP with a leading "IP_" -> Next
"Completing ... Wizard" -> Finish
Select the printer model -> Have Disk
Browse to the folder your unziped the Zerox driver to
Select the Xerox printer driver -> Next
Name the printer what you like
When configuring TCP/IP you will be presented with the dialog (see below) you can choose to connect via lpr which should result in port 515 or raw which, as you can see, connects one to port 9100
