Adding users to ICR Xerox 8355 printer

• Open web page: http://172.19.33.18/ with a web browser.
  • Jean or Vera have the userid and password - is is also in the CSCF safe under ICR Xerox 8355
  • Note: make sure you use the ip address *172.19.33.18 rather then the printer name xerox-dc1339.cs.uwaterloo.ca
    • - for some reason using the printer name causes and authentication failure even though they resolve to the same address..
• Click on the Address Book Tab along the top
• Under Common Tasks on the left side of the web page click on Add New Name
  • Enter the person full name in the Name field
  • Enter their full email address in the Email filed
  • Save and Close

Editing or Deleting Users

• To the right of the name you wish to change click on Edit or Delete
