Editing the Special Events notice

When there are events of sufficient distinction, they appear in a Special Events notice on the CS home page on the side, directly above the Upcoming Events notices. They're useful for events that are deemed worthy of always being on the home page, even if they are far enough in the future that they wouldn't appear on the subset of Upcoming Events notices that fit on the main page. If there are no Special Events, then the section doesn't appear.

The existence and contents of the list is determined by the file

Document_Root/about/events/special.html
which you can edit with your favourite text editor.

The file contains comments advising the form of text to use. In practice, it's the special HTML form of the section heading:

  <li class="heading"> Special Events </li>
followed by the event list items, e.g.
        <li> <a href="/about/events/SantaClaus">
                  Santa Claus visits Waterloo
        </a></li>
