Outsourcing

We focus on computing support specific to the Cheriton School of Computer Science, relying upon other groups (both on and off campus) to handle more mundane work. Here is where we gather guidelines for such work.

Plant Ops

Any work that isn't already in the CSCF budget, and will change the appearance of any space, needs to be passed by the Space Committee. They determine budgets and funding sources, as well as first pass judgement on the use of the space. This includes flooring, shelving, furniture, and maintenance. Until staffing is resolved, the Executive Officer (Sher Diciccio) is the contact for the committee (we can expect this to change).
