Software Installer for Windows 2000/XP - Thinkpad General
IBM has a software installer that will connect to the network and download or update all drivers and applications for a ThinkPad laptop. (Think clean install - you just need to install this package after you have the network working and it will download all missing drivers and packages that would normally be installed by IBM when the ship a product!) You get to choose what packages it installs.
