Restricting Permissions on a Folder

As ST #100659 says, folder permissions can be restricted by:

• right click the folder; a window pops up
• select "Share" at the bottom of the popup
• select the "N more" (if it appears); a new popup appears
  • cancel the login window
• select "Advanced"; a new window appears
• select "Stop Inheriting Permissions"
• select the group to be removed; "Tenure & Promotion Members" in this case
• select "Remove User Permissions"
