• find out what is deadline for CS OCGS? [was last done March 2006]
• has the office of research been asked for research data for last 7 years? if not, OFIS team can ask for the data to be imported into OFIS for the same timeframe. Daniel will ask Peter Forsyth.
  • Yuying Li is looking into it; hasn't gotten back to Daniel.

• Marlon installed plugin to phpmyadmin for foreign key lookups & designing queries
• discussion of Marlon / Beth's meetings concerning supervision and HR; both driven by deltas not absolute dates; no end dates in some data... but marlon has workaround
• have HR data campus-wide back to 2006; before then, HR imported the data from IAP.
• Marlon reporting data fixes to IST via ST? still in process.
  • possibly pre-filled IST fields?

• D asked about http://www.research.uwaterloo.ca/COS/ ; they're a known entity; working with them to give them data feed but they don't have prof permissions yet.

• Conference Date field: text value, not date. discussion of the merits of combined/separate data;
• probably not changing; but discussion of sorting contributions
