Short meeting. Mostly about BibTeX

• Beth says Engineering Deans are enthusiastic about bibtex import.
• Ray/Tamir/Daniel determined that using latex itself as a parser, outputting well-formatted data, may be complicated as well.
• another option besides writing our own parser, or php parser: bib2xml?
