Past tasks

• Daniel: "expertise single": code change to display as carriage-return, not comma. (then ready for live).
• Daniel: website: moved to subdir of main.
• Daniel: with Marlon: Vic DiCiccio added in dev.

Today:

• Daniel: to move keywords, rename old with date
  • Doing demo next Wednesday; please don't break it then.
• Lai: more date work
• Anthony: fixed bug with permissions of LaTeX section: calling the proper sub-file
• UTF8: Vu wants to alter rows. Marlon: can't we do it as a batch?
  • Anthony tested in his sandbox; it works; discussion of how to make it work.
• Anthony's priv work: lots of discussion of delegatee/delegator/delegate
• Marlon: upcoming work on data-import and corrections. Ray: can we fix the efficiency problem with everyone in the "faculty" table? Marlon: prefer to wait until after data fixup. Maybe co-op Jack?
• Noki: working on curl logging into ofis; problems with session variables.
• Vu: contributions have problems with caching; Anthony suggests other pages have same problem. to set "nocache" or no? will set nocache for whole site.
• Marlon: IAP will provide us with HR feed; hope this can provide end dates.
  • IAP data currently in common. Beth wants it imported to emp history, sabbaticals, etc.; will take a while, maybe a month.
  • Research: data back to 1999, including grant types. 2 weeks to test.
  • GSO, HR data changes forthcoming.
• Ray: watiam can now include dash. Check with dawn, etc.

Upcoming Tasks:

• Daniel: demos for profs: in April.
  • tell profs: changes will be erased.
  • look up email to the list: bibtex-using prof, wants to test.
• still to ask:
  • "2234 manuscript pages" - where does that come from? End-page isn't supposed to be a range, is it?
  • logic for page-ranges: holes around "" or 0 for source, n for end
• Daniel: Awards: ask Beth about end-year visibility
