Managing Linux User Accounts

An initial foray into figuring out how Linux user accounts and perhaps other stuff like printing can be managed by using network based directory services like openldap.

HOWTO fit Linux into Active Directory, while Gentoo specific, looks like a good document (focus on LDAP, not Winbind).
