Grad Desktop Equipment Management

At present information management for grad student desktop machines is a bit of a mess. In addition to inventory/DNS/ONA, there are also the research subscription database, and two separate Excel spreadsheets maintained by Debbie Mustin and Jennifer Keir. The last is shared so Lawrence and others can us it too.

I interviewed various people a week ago to try to get a handle on what actually is happening, and start to figure out how to simplify the whole arrangement.
