Cuda setup and tools
NOTE - this needs to be UPDATED to the latest CUDA tools!- Source: - /cscf-adm/src/ubuntu-scripts/cluster/cuda5 and /root/ubuntu-scripts/cluster/cuda4
- Assumes that CUDA and the SDK are installed in:
- /opt/cuda
- /opt/cuda/NVIDIA_GPU_Computing_SDK
check_cuda_bus
- Check to see if the nVIdia device is visible
- If you don't see it you may have to power cycle
cudatest.sh
- Run simple CUDA test
run_cuda_tests
- Run CUDA test on all nodes
