   1 Open Printers and Faxes
   1 Click on Add a printer
   1 Pick *Next* when you see Add Printer Wizard
   1 Pick *Local printer attached to this computer <br />
      * Uncheck Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer
      * Pick *Next*
   1 Pick Create a new port *Standard TCP/IP Port*
      * Pick *Next*
   1 Pick *Next* when you see the Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard
   1 fill in the fully qualified internet name for the printer
      * Leave the *Port Name* alone
      * Pick Next
   1 Pick *Finish* when you see the Completing the Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard
   1 Install your printer drivers
      * Pick the Manufacturer on the left side (typically HP)
      * Pick the Model on the right side <br />
      *Notes* if you do not see your printer you can either
         * Go to the vendor web site such as www.hp.com and download a postscript driver - then use the *Have Disk* Option
         * Use a standard Postscript printer driver like the HP 4050 Postscript driver (you can always update later one)
      * Pick *Next*
   1 Set the *Printer Name* and if you wish it to be the *default printer*
      * Pick *Next*
   1 *Printer sharing* is not used normally so pick *Do no share this printer*
      * Pick *Next*
   1 Check yes or no if you want to print a test page
      * Pick *Next*
   1 Pick *Finish* at the Competing the Add Printer Wizard <br />
     * *Note* it will now copy and install the printer drivers
