At this point you must use
the [[http://www.gnu.org/software/rcs/rcs.html][RCS]] utility =ci= to
save a record of your changes, and _unlock_ the file so others can make
changes, as follows.

You will be prompted for a description of your changes.  Make it
reasonably brief, but meaningingful.  A reference to an ST number
is often appropriate.
