CSCF Mercurial Repository
Daniel's projects and some co-op projects code is stored in a Mercurial archive, at https://id.cs.uwaterloo.ca/hg/
. That URL contains a list of active projects.
Access requires a username and password being added to /home/drallen/public_html/.htaccess - the server has a cscf-adm account or ask Daniel to add access.
Introduction to Mercurial
For the first-time Mercurial user, hginit.com is a good tutorial, especially for those not familiar with Distributed Revisision Control Systems (DRCS). Skimming the first two pages are sufficient for a quick start.
The web interface https://id.cs.uwaterloo.ca/hg/ is provided via hgweb. It is configured via /home/drallen/hgweb.config
System Maintainance
The server id.cs.uwaterloo.ca is a dev machine housed in Daniel's office. While it's backed up to backup.cs, the plan is to move this repository to a proper machine within the core region (see ST#93286).
