Evaluating Graduate TAs

We need to evaluate TAs on their performance at the end of each term. Instead of waiting until the end of term to fill in the forms, it's helpful to keep track of their performance throughout the term. For this purpose, the following document has been created:

The other attachment is a template for the official evaluation form with the grad office. Over time, this may become out of date (last verified current on August 6, 2009); an ISC will be able to provide the most current document.
