   * Newsgroups: Tired of repeated questions on the newsgroup? Try drawing up an assignment-related FAQ each week based on questions posed in the newsgroup. See NewsGroupManagement.
   * Consulting Hours: Students generally don't start assignments until the day before or the day that they are due. Therefore, scheduling office hours in the consulting centre too early is inefficient. Planning hours in the 48 hours before a due date has proven optimal. However, avoid having hours too near the due date to avoid encouraging bad habits. For example, if an assignment is due in the afternoon or early evening, students will tend to rush office hours nearer to the due date.
