Objectives:
   * Gather information about available funding;
   * Produce guidelines for the department and for each group about techniques to entice more grad students;

Meetings: Approximatively every two weeks for one hour, usually on Thursday at 12:30. 
The room DC3540 is booked from 12:30 to 14:00 for 
the next scheduled meetings on
   * Thursday, November 17th
   * Thursday, December 1st
