Objectives:
- Gather information about available funding;
- Produce guidelines for the department and for each group about techniques to entice more grad students;
Meetings: Approximatively every two weeks for one hour, usually on Thursday at 12:30.

- Propose a list of recipes at the level of the department or group.
- How to invite potential Grad students as the AI group did, how much it costs on average, and how much can be funded by external resources.
- How to pool to accept exceptional students even if their interest is not clear enough to interest a particular faculty member.
- Recommendations to take URAs to find future Grad Students among undergrads.
- Contact Dean's office (or others) to find out about eventual funding to help recruit grad students.
