Check Due Dates for loaned equipment

Check for inactive tickets

INV, (There are ST's for laptop loans)

Tickets keep track of the last time they were edited. If a ticket is inactive for a week; Comment example: "Hey is anything still being done for this ticket?"

How to connect to Eduroam

Waterloo Identity and Access Management (WatIAM) credentials are required to authenticate to the wireless network.

  1. Select eduroam from the list of available Wi-Fi networks
  2. When asked for a User ID and password enter your full userid@uwaterloo.ca and your WatIAM password
