We have obtained conference rates a several local hotels. All rates are in Canadian dollars.
Note: As of June 25, there were still many rooms available at the discount rates.

The Waterloo Inn is a large modern hotel, about 3km from the Davis Centre where the conference is held. The hotel features complementary internet, restaurant, exercise facilities, pool, and free parking. Complementary shuttle bus service to and from the conference site will be offered. Rooms are $128 plus 11% tax, double occupancy (a third person is $15 extra per night).

St. Jacobs Country Inn is a modern Best Western Hotel, about 5.5km from the Davis Centre at the University of Waterloo where the conference is held. This hotel is located in a semi-rural area on the edge of Waterloo, close to a large and interesting farmers market (well worth investigating for local foods and crafts). Rooms feature complementary parking and high-speed internet.
Complementary shuttle bus service to and from the conference site will be offered. Rooms rates are from $114 per night single, $124 double, $134 triple and $144 quad, plus 11% tax, including breakfast.

The University of Waterloo offers a residence/hotel service. The residences are situated on the west side of the campus, a 10 minute walk to the Davis Centre, where the conference will be held. Accommodations include single and twin rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Front-desk and security staff are available on a 24-hour basis. Guests also have access to a common lounge (one on each floor), a weight room, a TV lounge, and a games room.
We have secured rooms at the preferred rate of $50/night (single) and $35/person/night (double) plus 11% tax.
