Directions to Waterloo, the University of Waterloo and the Davis Center

The University of Waterloo is located in the city of Waterloo (Kitchener and Waterloo are twin cities) in southwestern Ontario, a 60 to 90 minute drive west of Toronto, three hours east of Windsor-Detroit or about 100 minutes north of Buffalo.

Directions to the Davis Center (Cheriton School of Computer Science)

The Computer Science Department is located in the Davis Center. The Davis Center is DC on the campus map (see below for a link). It is easy to spot from the campus "ring road" as the large building made predominantly of glass and pipes (most of which are red). If someone knows you are coming and has arranged for a parking pass - park at what on the map looks like the north end of the building in an area called ICR parking. Then enter the left door immediately in front of you, enter the ICR area (first left inside the building) and see someone in the ICR office for a pass to put on your windsheild. These passes are very limited so you may not have one.

If a pass has not been arranged, the closest pay parking is in Lot M, N or W. I believe the cost is $6 for the day and I think all (most) lots now accept credit cards. See this links below for more information about visitor parking and where the Davis Centre is on campus:
