Avery Hiebert

I'm a PhD student in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. My supervisor is George Labahn.

I'm most interested in natural language processing, and might be focusing on the intersection of NLP and either the recognition of handwritten mathematics or math-aware search, but since I'm just starting out it's hard to say for sure what the future holds.
