Clicker Registration Script

We use a CGI script to register students' clickers. This script was written by Paul Kates, who works in the Centre for Teaching Excellence, and has been spearheading the adoption of clickers in the Faculty of Mathematics. It outputs clickers registered to a CSV file, which is then read in by the clicker marks processing script. You shouldn't have to touch this script, except to change some configuration information in the script. Ask Paul Kates if you're having trouble.
