Finite Binomial Sum Identities with Harmonic Numbers

Abstract:
We prove some general combinatorial identities involving a variable,
a parameter, and partial sums of arbitrary sequences. Applying these
formulas, we deduce many finite binomial and central binomial sum
identities involving the harmonic numbers. Most of our results are new
and some known formulas are particular cases of those obtained here.
