CS489/698 - Tests

There is no midterm.

There will also be a final examination of 2.5 hours worth 50% of the final mark (40% for CS698) to be scheduled by the registrar.

• Open book exam (i.e., you can bring your notes and the textbook, but not a computer)
• No programming questions
• Questions will focus on concepts
• To practice, try the exercises at the end of each chapter in the textbook (some of the solutions are online)
• I will be away Apr 4-11.  If you have any questions, send me an email.
• Wilson will hold special office hours on Thursday Apr 8, 2-4pm in the AI lab (DC2306C).  You will be able to pick up assignment 4 and ask questions about the course.
