My name is Hassan Khan, and I am a researcher and programmer

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Waterloo. I conduct research in Systems and Security domains and I have published at prestigious venues including ACM MobiCom, ACM MobiSys, ACM CCS, and ACM TISSEC. Some of my research work has been featured by MSNBC, Bruce Schneier's blog, Time Magazine's Techland and the New Scientist magazine. My non-academic ventures include my industrial work as the Co-founder and Technical Lead at xFlow Research, where I led the development of software defined networking solutions for Marvell Technology, Dell, and Cavium Networks.
