Avocado Ice Cream

Just put this into a graham cracker or other cookie crumb pie crust, e.g., Oreo.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
2 medium avocados (haas are best)
juice from one lemon

Blend in blender until smooth and pour (scrape) into pie shell.
Freeze pie.
When ready to eat, take out of freezer 15 minutes before eating.
Top with whipped cream or chocolate syrup or fudge.

I use non-fat cream cheese and non-fat sweetened condensed milk. So, it ends up being low fat avocado ice cream. But doesn't avocado have a lot of fat? Yes, but it's good fat, all monosaturated, like that in olive oil.
