In this dialog you can change properties of the current element:
width  - is a projection of a non horizontal line segment to oX axis,
height - is a projection of a non vertical line segment to oY axis.
In the "Line segment" field you may see the number of segments in the current line.
You can also change position and drawing style.
With the arrow buttons you can add arrow to the left or right side of the current line.
