This brings up the homepage for the course.

Anything underlined can be clicked on. This either moves you to a new
place in the same page or to a new page.

You can print a page by going to the FILE drop down menu.
You can save it as ascii (text) or as post script also with "Save as"
within the FILE drop down menu.

I prefer if you read as much as possible from the computer to save
paper.  If you must print a page then at the top of the page, I talk
about paper. There is a button for a postscript version of the page
that has two pages on each page. Clicking on this brings up a program
call ghostview. From this you can print the file.
