Redundance in the Signed m-Bonacci Numeration System

Abstract:
We study redundance in the signed m-bonacci numeration system. We
determine the number of representations of 0 in this system and describe
the automaton accepting the language of such representations. We reveal
a surprising connection between Fibonacci and Tribonacci numbers.
