ST is a mostly standard WWW application,
combined with various command line tools.
It is based upon a database, with two primary tables.
each_req contains one record for each service request.
transactions contains one record for each change to
a field in each_req, and one record for each comment
applied to a record in each_req.
It runs on both the CS and Math WWW server, one version for CSCF and one for MFCF. The behavioural differences are not large. Both versions use the same database, running on database.cs.
