Service Records - The "since_acted" Field

The "since_acted" field in a service record is how long since the record has been acted upon. It's the date_acted field expressed as a duration. Any change to a record is considered to be action.

When specifying this field in a customized sort or display, any of the names "since_acted", "Last Acted" or "last acted" (for terse output) can be used.
