The "Type of Work" field in the Create Request form describes the general nature of the work to be done.
By specifying this, the form can add extra fields that may be needed. For example, work classified as "hardware" may need extra information about the hardware, and a financial services account number to be used to buy replacement parts. It's also useful in directing the work to the most appropriate people.
When specifying this field in a customized sort or display, any of the names "queue_id", "Queue", or "Q" (for terse output) can be used.
